Mud Bat
2-level Conjuration
Casting Time: 1 Action + 1 Minute
Range/Area: 90 ft
Components: V, S, M
Materials: Burning Incense, water and dirt or mud
Duration: Concentration, 1 Hour
You call forth a mud spirit in the shape of a small bat that fills a 5ft cube of unoccupied space. The spirit disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or when the spell ends.
The spirit is friendly to only you. Roll initiative for the spirit, which has its own turns. It will try to blind whomever its caster orders it to by flying into their eyes and dying, but will always try to take the most direct path to the target, even if it will die en route.
If your concentration is broken, the spirit will leave and the mud comprising it will fall back to the ground, inert. The spirit is dismissed when it reaches 0 hit points, the caster using a bonus action to dismiss it, the caster loses concentration, or the spell ends.
The DM has the spirit's statistics, the sample statistics are as follows:
Tiny
STR 10 (+0), DEX 18 (+4), CON 6 (-2), INT 6 (-2), WIS 16 (+3), CHA 10 (+0)
Armor Class: 20
Hit Points: 1
Speed: 10 ft (Fly 45ft)
Dive Bomb. Melee Attack: DEX Saving Throw, reach 60 ft., one target. Hit 6 (1d6+2) bludgeoning damage. If the target fails, it will cause the blindness status effect. If they succeed, the Mud Bat can make its own DEX saving throw (15) to not collide with the ground and die.
