You try to bring a dead creature you touch back to life, provided that it has been dead no longer than 10 days. To try the ritual a willing person must sacrifice something of their own alongside the materials spent on creating the ritual. When you start the ritual roll a d100. The result of the roll decides what happens: 1-10 you gain 1 exhaustion point 11-20 you gain 3 exhaustion points 21-30 you gain 5 exhaustion points 31-50 you roll on the lingering injuries table 51-70 you roll on the lingering injuries table twice 71-90 you roll on the lingering injuries table with disadvantage 91-99 you roll on the lingering injuries table twice with disadvantage 100 you die   After rolling the d100 you attempt to bring a person back to life. The creature’s soul must be willing and at liberty to rejoin the body, the creature returns to life with 1 hit point. The spell also reduces the death dc during the ritual by 5.   This spell also neutralizes any poison and cures nonmagical diseases that affected the creature at the time it died. This spell doesn't, however, remove magical diseases, curses, or similar effects, if these aren't first removed prior to casting the spell, they take effect when the creature returns to life. The spell can't return an undead creature to life.
