Heart Shard

Ability Score Increase +2 Wis or +2 Int, +1 Con
Size Medium
Speed 30 ft.

Voice of the Heart. You cannot speak, however you can telepathically communicate with any creature you can see within 60 feet of you. This telepathy is one-way, and the creature must be able to understand at least one language to understand you.   Heart Stone. You don't need to eat, drink, or breathe, you are immune to disease, and you only require four hours of sleep to complete a long rest. Additionally, you have immunity to poison damage, and are immune to the poisoned effect. You also have vulnerability to acid damage.   Shard Swarm. As a bonus action, you turn your body in to a swirling swarm of sharp shards until the start of your next turn. In this form, you can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there, you do not provoke opportunity attacks, and you can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide. Any creature whose space you move through for the first time must make a Dexterity saving throw, with a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier. Creatures who start their turn with you in their space are also subject to this saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 2d6 slashing damage, and half as much damage on a successful one. This damage is considered magical for the purposes of overcoming resistances. If when you reform you are within an occupied space, you instead reform in the nearest unoccupied space (determined by the GM), taking 1d6 force damage for every 5 ft. away from your original reformation point. Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again.

Languages. Understands Common, and two extra non-exotic languages.
