You have a swimming speed of 30 feet, and you can breathe air and water.  

Fey

Your creature type is fey, rather than humanoid.  

Standing Leap

Whenever you make a long jump or a high jump, you can roll a d10 and add the number rolled to the number of feet you cover, even when making a standing jump.  

Tongue Tied

As an action, you can use your tongue to grapple a target within 10 feet of you. You do not provoke an attack of opportunity or incur penalties for not having both hands free when starting a grapple in this manner. Normal rules for grappling apply afterwards.
