Prerequisites: Human Race, Estaklaian Subrace, Proficiency in Athletics; No more than one of Pankratos Style, Poseira Style, or Threxos Style feats
An ancient ceremonial style focused on joint manipulation and immobilization over brute force. When you successfully Grapple a creature, you can choose to lock a limb. The target cannot use one held weapon or natural weapon of your choice until the Grapple ends. Additionally, the first time each round you make an Unarmed Strike against a Prone creature and successfully hit the creature, you can attempt to Grapple the creature as part of the same action.
