A huge chunk of ice appears in the sky before
crashing down at a point within range before
shattering into an explosion of ice. Creatures within
30 feet of the point must make a Dexterity saving
throw. On failure, a creature takes 6d6 cold damage,
and if it was within 10 feet of the target point, it takes
an additional 6d8 bludgeoning damage. On success,
a creature takes half as much cold damage, and half
as much bludgeoning damage (if applicable).
The spell’s area of effect becomes difficult terrain
until the end of your next turn.
