Summary:
Control Group has distributed a series of "intercepted transmissions" that they would like help in deciphering. These "transmission" take the form of word searches without a key. Each word search solved (to the extent that participants believe they have solved it successfully without a key) can be turned in for 1 Clue Token.
Hooks:
Can be distributed any time. Either directly to Control Group members at check-in, left randomly around town, delivered by a Control Group courier, or some mish-mash of the above.
