The Fox has started the same routine they've done for the last several weeks: Wake, Eat, Sneak, Scream, Repeat Until Sleepy. Goody

Hooks:

Have the Fox circle the town under stealth. dropping it to let out a scream, then sliding back into the shadows.

Fox Onesie, Death Whistle if available

Details:

The Vociferous Vulpes is going to circle the cabins, screaming sporadically. (Death Whistle may be substituted if needed) If chased, they will try to break line of sight and use Never Here. Then spawn on a different side of camp and repeat until their last Never Here charge where the NPC will report back to ops.
