You brandish the weapon used in the spell's casting and unleash a torrent of strikes. You choose acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison. Choose three creatures you can see within range. Make a weapon attack for each target. On a hit, the targets suffer the weapon attack's normal effects and take an additional 2d6 damage of the type you chose.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3nd.
