Rare Requires Attunement by a Spellcaster Requires Attunement

When a spellcaster of Rashemen is initiated as either an ethran (an initiate Witch of Rashemen) or a durthan (a rival order), they are bestowed a mask of the Rashemi. While you are wearing the mask, you gain the following benefits:

• The mask of the Rashemi can serve as your spellcasting focus.


• You can add 2 to the DC for all saving throws against the spells you cast from the abjuration school of magic.


• The mask has a number of charges equal to your spellcasting ability modifier. While you are in a high magic field, you can spend 1 charge per round on a incantation, as if it were a 1st-level spell slot. The mask regains all expended charges daily at dawn.


• Additionally, when you complete a long rest, you can choose one spell of 3rd level or lower that you are able to cast. As a bonus action, you can cast this spell by spending a number of charges equal to its spell level.
