While wearing this armor, you have a swimming speed equal to your walking speed. In addition, while wearing the armor, you are able to breathe underwater if you are conscious, failing to breath once you fall unconscious.

A scale mail tunic made of carefully polished ice shards in place of metal. The enchanted properties of the gems allows for greater agility while submerged in water. Funniguys have been known to make use of similar tunics for thousands of years.
