Creates 1 twisting bolt of sheering psychic energy that lashes out against a creature targeted by the magician.

The magician makes a spell attack roll for each bolt and if successful deals 10d4 psychic damage. Additionally the target must make an DC intelligence savings throw or be severed from all the abilities, skills and bonuses from their highest class level. Target retains hit points and proficiency bonus, but no other abilities derived from the character class The target can make a savings throw at the end of each of their turns to reverse the severance. After three failed savings throws, severance can only be restored by greater restoration spell or higher, or more potent magic.

At higher levels: For every spell slot 2 levels higher than 9th level, spell creates an additional bolt.
