A 3' long simple maple wooden branch - rod, about 1" in diameter, with simple druidic runes.   House in the treetops As an action you plant this rod in the ground and speak the command word. In one minute the rod grows into a large tree with a tree house. Once the tree is fully grown and tree house completed, a rope ladder drops down. The tree is 60' tall.
The tree house is 40' above the ground. From the outside the tree house appears to be 10' x 10', but inside the tree house is actually a 30' x 30' large single room.
The tree and tree house last for 24 hours. The rod may be used once per long rest. You may use an action to speak the command word to return the tree into the rod.
If the rod or tree is destroyed, both are destroyed. Tree - AC 14, HP 4d12+12, Con save +4, and vulnerable to fire; Rod - AC 9, HP 1d12+1, Con save +4.
