The souls of boots contain psionic veins, similar to those found in the deck of most Psionic Vessels, these veins cause a gravitational pull within a small vicinity.   While conscious and wearing the boots, you can power the veins in the boots or stop powering them (no action required in either case). While the boots are powered and in place of psionic resonance such as the Astral Sea, they cause any object or creature directly below the soul of a boot within 5ft of it to be pulled towards it, if the object or creature is heavier than you, the boot is instead pulled towards the object or creature (pulling you along with it). You or any creature pulled by the boots can make a DC 8 Strength saving throw to avoid being pulled, if the creature is aloft in the Astral Sea relying on the planes psychic movement they instead must make a DC 11 Intelligence saving throw.   Normal use of these boots involve the rapid powering and unpowering of the veins to allow for natural movement. Some variants with contain Psionic Accumulator Crystals which when charged allow the boots to function in normal environments.
