While the poison is active on the blade, as a bonus action on your turn, you may make someone who was stabbed by the blade make a constitution saving throw vs your spellsave DC. On a fail, they are effected by the poisoned condition for 1 hour. A person cannot be made to make the saving throw for another 24 hours.
