This spell curses two creature on the same plane of existence as you with a swapped souls. Choose two targets that must make a Charisma saving throw against your spellcasting DC. On a successful save, the target's becomes aware that somebody attempted to curse them. On a failed save, the target's becomes cursed and is unaware of this. Upon the completion of this curse’s triggering event, the target's automatically advances to stage 1 of this curse.   Triggering event. The targets attempt to take a nap, sleep or see their reflections, they feel parts of their souls swap bodies.   Stage 1. The cursed creatures begin to remember random details of each other memories.   Stage 2. The ability to differentiate memories becomes harder. Whenever the cursed creatures finish a long rest, they must make a DC 15 Charisma saving. If they both fail, the cursed creatures switch bodies until the next long rest. Additionally, the cursed creatures have disadvantage on Charisma saving throws.   Stage 3. The cursed creature’s souls become further entwine causing their personalities to shift. The cursed creature’s Charisma score becomes 6, unless it was already lower.   Culmination. Upon failing the final escalation check, the cursed creatures are no longer who they use to be. The cursed creatures souls permanently swap bodies. The souls gains any ability score or action the body had (besides legendary actions or legendary resistance), but retains it's own spell casting (if it has the spellcasting, innate or otherwise), and has disadvantage on all attack rolls and strength, dexterity, and constitution saving throws for 1d4 days after swapping bodies.
