9th level-Level Artificer, Composer Feature

You can use an action to play a note that causes a target within 10 feet to resonate with undetectable music for 1 hour. The next time that creature is hit by a melee attack, the attacker must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 2d8 thunder damage and not be able take reactions until the start of their next turn.
You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
