In Manuscripts, your writing is divided into scenes (organized by chapters). Here's how to duplicate a scene, which can be useful if you want to make major edits without losing the previous version:
- On the left panel, click on the scene you want to duplicate to select it.
- Click on the gear icon in the right-hand side panel.
- Click the Duplicate button.
- You have now created a copy of your scene, which will appear under the original scene on the left, with the same name followed by ''copy''.
