Dusk barge leg 2

Neft barge, leg 2. Isaiah’s PoV
 
It's been a while since I’ve kept a journal like this, but as my mind grows more concerned with my own plan I feel as though it might be helpful. So write this as a memoir and report, should someone be reading this outside of my personal plane, know that you have sinned against me and my wrath will be terrible.
 
We regrouped after our brief solo scouting missions, most highly successful. We were able to make contact with the majority of our employers assassins and have been asked to assist in a few minor tasks.

I was asked to distract a Jarakian called Vera Vask, a body guard of our target.
Expedite or interfere with an audit of the luggage and cargo on the barge.
 
After a minor shock and a reminder that we need to be careful not to accept bloodcoins, Matt recast his group communication spell and we once again separated in search of more information.
 
My task, self assigned as it was, was a simple one. I traveled room by room of the entire vessel, keeping to the walls and flowing like a draft through the cracks. In so doing I was able to lay eyes upon all, if not the vast majority of our fellow passengers and crew. I reported my success, aided Matt in locating an Abyssalith then returned to my room to create a dossier for the others so we will all be working with a little more information.
 
The majority of this leg was quite, though Sep and Akiyama did have a rather vague conversation where it seems Sep fell victim to Akiyama's manipulations once again. But with my work done, I am again left with time to work on my larger projects. Manipulating my own aberrant soul has yielded minor insights and I need to make sure I find the time to consult, Orion, Midas and maybe even Matt before I commit myself to constructing the first of the hosts. Though even here I am getting ahead of myself. I need the materials first, I’ll make another attempt at wrangling the damned things again this evening after my shift with the Professor.
 
I have finished my report, found the crux, told him about a possible window to act during the distraction Midas and Orion have caused and collected the two and whisked them back to the demi plane to begin recasting the argumentation spells, in the new more efficient configuration.
