session 11: we found a baby?!

by Juniper Darlington

Ealar = herandan for old elves who think they are more important and thus other than other people.
Tlacopani have hereditary chaotic magic tied to their bloodlines, the author of this book noted that this is interesting. Elves breed to enlarge magic potential but don't tie SPECIFIC magics and abilities to their bloodlines. ( as far as I know )
tlacopani are beast people, humanoid people are from the plane of terran.
Deniya is what the baby is called now
we go back to the camp, we decided on what we were going to report on. we come back to godrick and zeran.
darrek is waar we moeten raporteren
bar man weet waar gewonde man is : preacher / lil preach. bij de tent. Tharian fluistert over geloof.
Nym en Nymeria, Nymeria is kwijt

We spent the night at the homestead where Thorgrott spends a considerable amount of time muttering to his hammer. This is only slightly concerning, We waited out the tropical storm and then went back to the cranes. On the way we found a dead low level priest from the court of gems, I try to see if he has anything interesting on him. I find a whole ass living baby satyr. It's a little girl and RuHa calls her Deniya. After some back and forth we decide to hide her in a cloak, because we have to return to the camp within 3 days. Ruha ends up swearing an oath to Lira in a particularly wonderous corner of the woods, for a moment I feel happy and calm and my body stops being sore. Can we not just stay here for the rest of our lives? I feel so inspired to play music and everyone does a little dance as Ruha recites her oath. Thorgrott urges us to move on from this wonderful spot, because he is a partypooper... But the further we get away the more his words seem to make sense. We enter the camp without much difficulty and go to the inn. We speak to Zerrat the tabaxi mother, find out what we can about the kidnapping of her child and give Deniya to her to take care of. We also end up speaking with the bar man who tells us about the soldier that was saved by Ruha's magic. He is to be found in front of Tharian's tent. I also catch a little tid bit about Tharian himself being quite religious apparently, a strong link to the statue we found.
After speaking to the bar man we go upstairs and make our way into the room of the mysterious elf that has been staying here. Turns out it's Nym, basically the last person I expected to find here. After a lot of finagling we end up learning a lot from him, he and his sister are responsible for the kidnapped kitten. They are stealing more babies and bringing them to the court of gems. But Nymeria has not returned yet from her journey to the court. I suspect she has been kidnapped by the humans of the gold administration, ironic really. I hope the tabaxi kitten is okay. We need to find and return both of them. Earlier today we read about the differences between elven and talacopani magic breeding. The fact that Bialeer is stealing talacopani babies can't be a coincidence. He is planning something even more vile than I expected. We warn Zarrat to stay away from Nym as he will make his way back to the court soon. Daniya should be safe when he leaves.
