The Law of the Street

Began to understand one truth and one truth only. There is only one law on this station and that is the law of the fist. Good men, bad men, they only bow to the power of the threat of violence. Words can only take you so far. Yet that is all that I have. Truly I am alone, a worker of the pen and tongue, resorting to violence as only a last resort. Yet my words have built opportunity for many poor souls. My fellow workers on the streets of Orbitum merely want the good of the districts, but men of violence try to take this from us. I have found one person that seems to balance this though, she does the hard evil of dealing death while striving for a greater good. I wonder if I could be like that...
