On the road again

Man, the mysteries surrounding Fort Sont or whatever are like...abound. On the road to the mysterious fog we like ran into an abandoned merchant's camp...I found this dope hat, not sure what it does but when I cast detect magic this thing like, had an AURA dude. We definitely have to like...look into that whenever. Anyway, we tracked some mercenaries to like, a cave. We totally kicked their ass, and I didn't almost die at all. We killed them all, but Tammy was like, smart and saved one to question. We learned that like, this person in the cave has been paying the mercenaries for like bodies and stuff. I think we're going to turn in the bodies of the mercenaries we just killed and like, collect the reward and then take the goods back to Fort Sont and collect that bounty also...so much gold to fund our research dude, like at least a few months worth...
