Why he believes in the firm: They treat him well.
 
Line he won’t cross: Won’t kill kids (even if armed).
 
When he’ll bend rules: When the rules are wrong.
 
Who outside the firm matters: No close ties left; maybe a few from the old neighborhood who survived/made it out.
 
Who wants him to fail: Plenty—because he’s a troll.
 
Unfinished business: None; he closes things out before moving on.
 
Why he trusts the team: He doesn’t—except Jay and the boss; everyone else is untrusted until proven.
 
Teammates that frustrate him: People who talk too much.
