Fine I'll Start Now I Guess

One of my staff suggested I write about our journey so, here I go. It's day three I think. Keep count has become difficult with all the problems we've faced so far. I was unconvinced whether or not we'd be capable of pulling off a journey of this magnitude but her we are. Given the crash and complexity of the core Ty created and the damage to said core, I thought it would take weeks to fix it but here we are on the verge of doing just that after one day. This crew is more extraordinary than I thought...…maybe It's not good to get personal in the writing of such a historic journey but, I told them. My gift is something I am proud of having received so I never thought it would matter whether someone accepted it or not. And yet, it felt good when I told them and instead of cowering in fear that I might rip them apart at any given moment, they instead were worried about my safety. I will keep them safe.
