Session #2 - Our Encounter with the Cultists

We went into the basement through the secret room behind the bookcase. There was a Magic symbol room with some necromancy which was a little freaky. We then had to break through a door into a research lab, we saw some books, grabbed a potion a scroll, and some research notes!
 
Then we ran into some cultists and beat them up! I got pretty hurt in the process, I really didn't appreciate it! I then had to use my elixir of life (minor) and I felt a little better after that.
 
Kersensky Broadleaf (Brad Bergen) integrated Vam Vam and Krom Kas (He is the one who slightly knows spell things). They tricked Mithos into being the person they used this complex spell on and it killed Him. Krom Kas said "He was just dead"
(Vam Vam and Krom Kas were roommates in College)
 
Krom Kas then said that the person above Him was someone He did not know their identity was concealed. He then speaks about a meeting place with standing stones, about a day's journey away.
 
We then go upstairs after tying them up and leaving them with Kersensky Broadleaf (Brad) and da Behr.
 
There are a bunch of chairs up here with a spare bedroom, for a guy who was said to live it out alone it really seems like he had a lot of guests. Maybe cause he was a part of the cult and probably one of the leaders of it.
 
I then went into the other room and I decided to pick up the papers that are in there and the quill. The papers however are sadly empty, but I do think that maybe I will use them sometime in the future so I added them into my backpack.
 
Elflock Drools (Robby) has determined that this was murder because Krom Kas said he was killed down stairs and the bed was made and the other people said that he was killed in his bed. It is all slightly confusing to me but I believe Him.
 
I then went and raided the coin purse and took the 20 Gold Pieces out of it! Which I do plan on splitting with the party!
 
We then decided to head back to town with our 2 prisoners in tow.
