Member Performance
Seems no one, except maybe our local butch Wren, lacks critical thinking skills.
 
Criticism
More time dedicated to planning. Finding routes in and out of the area. Bringing equipment needed. Seek better knowledge of the job instead of, "Go here and find this." Better communication between the team.
 
Upgrades
I think our biggest priority right now is protecting our identities. I've been designing different masks that the team could wear. I have already picked a few to begin with, then perhaps the others can come up with their own.
 
Rewards
A 40 x 40 plot of dirt located in the slums.
 
Additional Notes
All members of the team will be staying at the 40 x 40, except Wren. Wren opts to sleep somewhere else because, "Our place won't have security and I don't want my stuff to be stolen."
Wren's refusal to sleep at the 40 x 40 is upsets me because I believe we should stick together. I'll mark Wren down as, "Selfish." in the member roster.
The responsibility falls to me to resolve this small conflict of interest. I don't have to funds at the moment to hire security, so I'll have to come up with some clever design to our home that includes a couple of secret compartments to hide Wren's stuff.
I don't even think Wren owns anything.
