Dear Iradi,
I don't think I could adequately provide a lens that would help you see what I have experienced in the mere few days since my last write to you, so my words will have to do.
Once me, Supra, and Helper had met with that bard, John, we were trying to get across a road and John lead us through a short cut in an alley way which was far from short. We met with some other adventures in a shared scuffle and wee told to report to an officer after the incident. We went into a less crowded district and we witnessed what I can only imagine to be an attack on Oriban and was started by a mage wearing pink robes and surely after we attempted to stop her we ended up on the other side of the continent by her teleportation, just a little bit closer to home.
We travelled to the nearest town where we discovered some kind of plague ravaging the land and through some connections we got a ship and we started to head towards the source. Come to find out we were sailing with pirates, and once they found out we had to make quick work of them. By morning we were being trailed by airships. We didn't recognize any insignia and we were travelling through corrosive sea water that were eating away the boat. We beached it and travelled into the crags. After some travel we managed to reach some kind of sanctum which housed a primordial being and he spoke to us of duties. Ember, a young childish girl that was trapped in the fey wilds, took up a blade and designated a chosen by the primordial and he fell into slumber. Portals opened and Ember tampered with a teleportation glyph and set it to an unknown location before i could get to it.
This circle took us to Admore and we have been on the run for a while since. Admore has become a radicalized mess since the war, it is an abomination of an empire and I'm impressed they kept this unbelievable work quiet for so long. We were rescued by an active rebellion of children after we arrived and we moved to strike a research facility. We stowed away and requisitioned some items off of the train where we learned that they are holding scientists against their will and the empire itself is holding some of our few people in their higher research teams. We gave enough of an opening for the scientists to push back on their captives and we took over the facility.
An elf girl Bryn, had caught me after I had discussed a number of political and scientific topics with one of the higher doctors Geofry, and she inquired about some of the scientific topics I had with the doctor. Through conversation with Geofry and Bryn herself she is much more important than we initially realized when we first met her but I cannot tell you in writing, that is for when I come home to see you again some time soon. There are also things I learned though... divine means about myself that I believe we should discuss and hope you can help me look into.
I know your dying to know, Supra is doing well. He has that child like way of seeing things as you predicted but he is learning fast. He is still fascinated with nature but he has learned to be more gentle in that regard rather than the fish incident. On occasion, he has some moments of heightened aggression, where at times he will shutter and sometimes his eyes turn red. He is never capable of remembering these moments but they aren't too common, with time I can probably figure out the issue and sort it out but for now it serves us well in combat . If I don't figure it out by the time we return we can both take a look at it. In some instances and interactions with his weave core, he has managed to go completely invisible which is surely welcomed. Supra expressed to me one night a moment of heightened non-organic intelligence that he insisted surpassed that of regular automation thinking. All good things.
I hope everything is well at home and everyone is still doing fine, hope to see you soon I need to rest and we have to keep moving in the morning. I'm not sure when I could get this to you as I doubt Admore will let me send a letter.
Yours,
Arvastan
P.S. Your idea of removing Supra's head fin was a good idea, he found a small top hat he wears. It suits him well.
