After testing the patience of Sadhik Shapoor, we found ourselves having to break out of our bindings. It was pitch black, my hands were bound, and someone had crept up behind me and put their hands on my shoulders. Not waiting to see if my neck was about to be slit, I subtly invoked Blink. I felt my blood crackle for a fleeting moment, the familiar signal that I would transition across planes. My newfound sight and freedom showed me that I was not alone in slipping from captivity. Turns out, we’re all pretty awesome. Laelia had snapped her chair apart and seemed to be wielding the broken pieces menacingly. Mara shifted forms, destroying her chair in the process and forging a new night terror in our captors’ minds. Finally, Miri was.. wait. Okay, most of us were pretty awesome. Don’t worry, her time was coming, and many would describe her performance as, “Mind Blowing.”
