Session 30 - May 23 2020

8th of Shaelathro, 2376AC
 
Headed to the monastery. Got there close to nightfall, so we made camp. Greg made a magic hut we could sleep in.
 
9th of Shaelathro, 2376AC
 
We head right to the monastery/tower. It was a quick walk, but it's pouring rain. Slightly miserable. Hopefully we can get inside quickly and be warm and dry off.
No one seems to be here, which is concerning. I was expecting monks.
Found someone, and they shot fire at us. Nala Mystan is her name. She is cooking stew in the kitchen. She said it is not safe. There are others here too, that aren't evil (maybe).
She took us to another room, which had three more monks hiding in it.

They got bamboozled by one of the bad guys. They took some of their people. Might be zombies or undead. Cultists anyway.

Things other than blood lotus. Like robot zombies.
We are investigating, to find where the bad guys are and where they took the kidnapped people.
Investigated the store/workroom. Found lots of cool stuff, like a painting of a starburst event. I sketched it in my notebook. Upstairs is a nice little room with plants. They seem to be dying a litte, having been uncared for for a while. Sherridan and I watered the plants from the tap in the bathroom. There was nothing here, which is very boring.
By evening, we all head to the "safe house", or at least the safe area here. She gives us some of the stew she made.
We hold up in one of the buildings to observe and keep watch on the area. We want to see where the bad guys are coming from.
The zombie things seem to be dragging an airship piece somewhere. Not sure why, or where they are going.
 
10th Shaelathro, 2376 AC
 
Took a nap after our watch, so we can do full investigation before dark.
Found a hiden hatch/door thing. They were using it to move stuff somewhere. It seems to lead to their hideout. We will probably fight them.
