First day at the new job. Time to shift some paradigms!

At the time of writing, I have been accepted into "the Legion" as a resource manager for the units 20 to 25. I am excited for this new opportunity and can't wait to see it come to fruition.
 
Upon talking to the responsible officer about my new occupation, I had promptly requested all available records on the units' supply stocks and the reports about the resource distribution. I cannot go into too much detail here as this data is strictly confidental, but I was pleased to find out that there is a lot of potential for optimization. I can see a lot of ways to improve the current spending and distribution ratios, and the resulting savings will have a great positive impact on the resource economy of these units. My estimate is that at least 20% of fuel and parts can be saved with the proper measures, but that is only a first step of many.
