Brain Things

Well. My head is killing me. But I don't regret drinking. It was a good time last night. I even got Eileen to come with me to the play at The Sultry Hornet! We all deserve a little break anyway. My mind just can't take much more without some rest and some time to think. I guess that's why I doing this right now. Writing things down. I mean... I died. Dead. Even got to see the lovely Pharasma again. I thought my feathers would be falling out and grey the next time I saw her. I'm not doing a very good job of keeping my friends or myself alive. I've got a lot of work ahead of me. In the mean time I should be more honest with the people I care about. Next time we might not have the gold to bring us back. I saw Segh last night. I wish I wasn't so drunk when I did though. Even made a fool of myself and fell out of the window on my way out. Great job Sachi. I just had to make sure she knows I care. That I appreciate all she's done for me in that place and what she continues to do for the kids there now. I dunno if I got it across, but I hope she understood. I could've been more articulate. I gave her that pink dragon bobble I picked up in Yanmass. It reminded me of her anyway. She's strong at heart and much prettier than she thinks she is. I hope it makes her smile when she looks at it. Is that dumb? That's probably dumb. Nhak says she likes me. Like.... likes me likes me. I figure he's gotta be busting my balls but I dunno. I guess I think about her sometimes. Like with the bobble. It was calming to look at and made me smile when I was stressed out. I never saw her wear a dress like that before. But man, I always just thought she was mad at me for some dumb stuff I used to do and never apologized for. Or for never visiting after I left. I kind of remember some weird stuff she was mumbling about after getting wasted at that ball for Shelyn I took her to. I dunno! I've never actually had a girlfriend before, just.... partners. And that's how I like things! I think. WHATEVER, I'm hungry. Time for breakfast. I should go see how hungover Nhak is.... I'm pretty sure he faceplanted at some point last night. That fiiiine friggin goofball...
