Born and raised into an Andoran Diplomat family! At young age traveled around the areas Around Isger and Five Kings mountains. All time learning the greatness of Andoran and the abolishment of slavary. Later on during his education Lutor Visited Taldor and Qadira to learn from their disagreements both about the subterfuge involved in some kinds of diplomacy and the value of languages. With the disagreements with the Andoran and Chelaxian Lutor once again returned to the area of Isger, this time diving more into the skills and training of information gathering and to forge papers for useful individuals. Lutor was informed that he would be moved to Absalom for the last part of his education and to be positioned there both in service as diplomat, scribe and, if needed, more shady business.
