Personal history

Calliope grew up in the village of SilverKeep. Its occupants use magic in their everyday lives but aren’t completely dependent on it.

Nearby there’s the Rusty Ravine (considered to be corrupted by the Red Death).
The Village was established by a group of satyrs.
During the great war the satyrs stepped back. They would heal and assist any injured soul who had wondered into their village, never actually siding with anyone.
Legends say that the satyrs’ ignorance and disinvolvement has caused the curse that haunts the nearby ravine. They also tell of horrible monsters who would occasionally crawl out of the ravine, thirsty for blood.
Calliope has never encountered one of these so called monsters, but odd things begun to happen around the village. People disappearing, animals behaving oddly, plants growing in weird shapes..
