Edmond Pearson was born in a up and coming trade hub, Ironsweave His parents abandoned him on the streets when he was just a baby as they were already struggling to make ends meet.
He was found by a charismatic human charlatan named Mordecai who took the young Tiefling under his wing. Mordecai was like a father to Flynn and taught him the art of deception and trickery: from pickpocketing to elaborate long cons. Under Mordecai’s tutelage, Edmond became a skilled con-artist and together they formed a formidable team on the streets. When a big job went wrong and Mordecai was caught by the city guards, Mordecai framed Flynn to save himself, hereby betraying the trust Edmond had in Mordecai and ending their partnership. Edmond fled the city as a sailor on a trading ship bound for Mondigope as his new identity: Flynn Shaw.
Flynn intends to wanders the world, using his talents and natural charm to sustain himself, by stealing, lying, and scamming from unsuspecting victims of course. He hopes to one day be able to take revenge on his former mentor and father figure.
