True Status
Is a hybrid Tsukumogami made from an old rpg page made by a much younger M (The Composer), and some loaded dice. This true nature is symbolized with strings like you would find on a japanese instrument, but Miyasato is not an instrument. Miyasato later became the force he is today through M's corruption.
Physical quirks
Can take Joy without turning into a joy mutant but still has some traits.
Apparel & Accessories
Wears a long white cloak (Is a clockwork cloak in pathfinder universes), and a black sweatshirt. Also some brown leather pants.
Easter Egg
Occasionally likes to cosplay Hart from Lisa, despite only knowing him vaguely.
The mask is the Red Mask which only Miyasato can neutralize temporarily into that black and purple state.
Specialized Equipment
Miya's Revolver, Deck of playing cards, UNO, a scythe, a flail from the Stygian Library, and a Rapier with a handle/sheath made out of part of a Dark-wood shamisen.
Miyasato has the Puppet Scarf (Spamton) from a noticeably cheated playthrough of Deltarune his player did. (Look I get that it's not realistic and pretty much idea theft, but what do you expect from a unrealistic insane gary stu from an insane author. Red Mask of Death
Miyasato gained a plague doctor mask from one of the poor sap horsemen from another universe (Death), he also stole a decent sum of War's energy and used it to make the mask transmutate into a mask made out of rubies. Miyasato can freely control the shape of the mask, and wearing it causes any character with the vigil of the lunatic, to become a tentacled abomination until removed.
