Draconic Scion, Time Dragon/Drow. Druid by nature. Dey loves everything to do with the outdoors, and is constantly seeking new adventures.
Deynnaris Storm is an unusual name for a Draconic Scion, but Dey is anything but usual.
Dey's mother was a Drow named Isa who had long curly black hair, beautiful green eyes, and a face like a goddess, but she didn't quite follow the rules. She was always venturing off where she wasn't supposed to be and getting into trouble. One evening while she was exploring the ruins near her village in Shadowglade, she came across a strange passageway she hadn't explored before, and Isa being Isa went in. At the end of the passageway she came face to face with the most beautiful man she had ever seen, at least she assumed he was a man. He had gorgeous white hair that went all the way down his back, and these piercing blue eyes that could see into her soul. As Isa approached the man he looked up at her. "Good evening," he said with the most seductive grin she had ever seen. "My name is Nithe," he held out his hand to take Isa's.
Isa looked down at his hand and without thinking, put her's in it. Before she knew it hours had gone by, but she didn't want to leave. She found Nithe fascinating and wanted to know more about him. Over the next couple of months they would meet in that secret passageway and spend hours together. One day her and Nithe became very passionate and Isa knew she was in love. The next day when Isa went to visit Nithe he wasn't there. She looked everywhere for him and was devastated when she could not find him. As much as Isa tried, she could not forget Nithe. He was the love of her life, and now the father of the child growing within her. As the months passed she couldn't hide her pregnancy any longer and was shamed by her family when they found out. That shame only got worse when the baby was born with horns, wings and a tail. Everyone, including Isa, though she had given birth to the devil's child. Isa abandoned her baby in the mountains far away from her village, in hopes that some one else would take care of the child, or, well she didn't want to think of anything else that might happen.
So Dey was abandoned on a rather stormy night on the 9th of May by her mother, and her father was nowhere in sight. Nearby where Dey was left, there was a village of Draconic Scions. They didn't venture very far from their village because most people avoided them due to the nature of how they looked. They had horns on top of their heads, wings that spread as wide as a house, and a tail with scales going up and down their body. When the villager came across Dey he knew what she was immediately. She was like them, a Draconic Scion. Her conception was of the rarest among how the Draconic Scions come to be, and no one knew how she got there or if she was from another Scion line. So the village raised her as one of their own. Teaching her what she was, and how to harness her powers. As Dey got older she named herself Deynnaris Storm. It was an odd name for a Draconic Scion, but she knew nothing of how she was conceived, and the night she was found there was a storm raging on, and felt the name fit.
As Dey's powers grew she was able to determine from the help of the other Scions, that she is a descendant from a powerful line of Time Dragons. She also has features of a beautiful Drow. Her skin is a beautiful dark gray color, she has pointed ears, her hair is whiter than the snow that coats the top of the mountain, and her eyes are a beautiful glowing blue. Even though Dey will never truly know the origin of how she came to be, she had a feeling deep down that she was the offspring of a Drow and a Dragon that were never meant to be.
Dey loves everything nature and decided to follow that passion and become a Druid. She honed her skills over the years and became the most skilled Druid in her village. Dey has a hunger for adventure that her small village could not contain any longer. So she ventured off on her own in search of something new and exciting. But Dey got more than she bargained for. While Dey was out in the forest practicing her druid skills, she decided to tap into her dragon power, but something went horribly wrong, and instead of growing a sapling into a beautiful Oak, she lost control of her powers and knocked herself unconscious. When Dey awoke, the world around her seemed….different. The sky wasn’t quite as blue, and the grass seemed duller than normal. As Dey got up off the ground, she scanned her surroundings. Instantly she knew she was not in the same timeline as she once was, this timeline seems darker, more evil lurking in the shadows. She didn’t know where she was, or how she was going to get back, but what she did know was that she needed to find shelter, and a way to stay alive until she could figure out how to return home.
Dey ventured out of the woods and found a small village. She knew most people would not be accepting of her looks, and even though she could put away her wings, she couldn’t do anything about the horns or tail. So she put on her cloak to try to hide them as much as possible and ventured into town to find her place in this world, for now.
