Kazimir was born in the lands of the Empire. He and his brother Janek, had far from a happy life there. Living in a poor home with an abusive father, Janek, as he was the oldest, decided one day enough is enough and took Kazimir and left. As they were getting smuggled trough the borders though, a tragedy happened. An explosive fire would burn everything there, Janek included.
Thus, Kazimir was left to fend for himself. He made far from an honest living, participating in thievery, cons and other crimes. It wasn't long until he run across the mythical knowledge of the philosophers stone. Tempted by the promise of gold and immortality he begun researching alchemy between the petty crimes.
