Appearance

Physical Description

While suited: The Iron Giant is a slightly rusted suit of scale mail armor. Where the humanoid wearing the armor would be visiable, only smooth dark wood can be seen. In the place of hair, thorny vines cascade out the back of the helmet. There is a arcane glow present from deep in the chest of the suit and behind the visor.
 
While unsuited: Echo pilots the Iron Giant from the helmet in a chamber that is designed to mirror his movements onto the suit. Echo is a average sized fariy with dragonfly-like wings and a thin physique. He is usually dressed in a solid black jumpsuit with his village symbol on his left shoulder.

Personal history

"When we were attacked by monsters, we had to build monsters."
When Echo was just starting to climb in his villages' guard, they were attacked. They came bransihing axes and fire and we puched them back with the help of the forest they live in. When they came back, they came wearing suits of burning metal that their forces crumpled against. Their only hope was a long forgotten suit that lay rusted and still at the base of the great tree outside of town. Echo, with the help of his village, used his wits and skills in the arcane to resurect the suit. It was modified to be safe for fairy-kind to use and Echo was chosen to be the pilot.
 
Their new weapon caught the invaders by surprise and they were sucessful in pushing them back. Peace followed as Echo continued to patrol the area in the suit. Soon a truice was forged between his people and the outsiders. With no one to protect, Echo began to wander, looking for other places his services would be of use.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Created the Iron Giant from a fallen knight's suit of armor
saved his village from human deforestation
Finished an entire pint of ale by himself

Echo has advanced knowledge of arcane infusion of items and mechanical engeneering.

Personality

Motivation

Wants the thrill of adventure from inside his armored suit. Anything that can spike his adriniline is ok in his book. Bonus points if he can lend the strenght of his Iron Giant to some one in need (He likes to show off)
 
A long term goal in every town he passes through is a search for upgrades he can make to his suit in the form of magic items or better suits of armor.
