Personal history

Yinmaer has lived a charmed if not boring life. Born to Lord Galan Aloro and Lady Alemdha Aloro He is the middle of their 5 children all spaced 20 years apart.
 
He grew up in Waterdeep where he Was well educated and lead the predictable boring life of a noble.
 
From a young age he had a lot of expectations on him, Noble Parents that wanted him to help make their house stronger. a Famous Uncle; Vulre Aloro that was his godfather and a prominent member of Force Grey, and the idea that he would become a prominent member of the nobility of Water deep. All things he desperately wanted to ignore. His uncle Vulre could sense that his Nephew was destine for something more so he instilled in him with a sense of independence as he grew up.
 
Vulre also had a son, Yin's over bearing cousin Taeral Aloro about his age that would always try to get him interested in the Grey Hands to do his Patriotic duty and defend Water Deep and while he was starting to cultivate his magical powers at this time every attempt to help his cousin and give this group a try ended in disaster of one form or another.
 
It was one of these "adventures" that caused Yin while operating in disguise to accidentally end up in a duel with his older brother Yalathannil Aloro and win, causing him no end of embarrassment among his peers. This caused a rift in the brothers and when Yin decided he was done with The Grey hand and Politics in general.
 
Instead he dove into his magical studies, something his older sister, Yrathea Aloro encouraged, and helped him with becoming his tutor. He spent a decade learning how to cast spells and illusions and the two grew closer for it.
 
Around the same time he fell in love with a tiefling woman named, Desire . She was also a member of the Harpers but knew his bad past of his cousin trying to get him to join his patron faction so she only asked for help but the two were fiercely in love, and did almost everything together.
 
This included saving his younger sister Ysildea Aloro from a gambling den that she ended up in Debt to and almost ended up enslaved too. Though he insists she's family and he galdly helped her, it's a debt she hasn't forgotten and feels she must pay.
 
He is also very close with his youngest sister, Yunaese Aloro who is just starting to come into her own magic and he encouraged her to find what magic interests her the most.
 
It was around this time that His parents started to pressure him into taking his nobility more seriously. them being Secret lords of water deep and looking for which of their children would be their successor, and pushing for him to propose to Desire. None of this is what he wanted and in the end he ultimately decided it was his time to leave Waterdeep to find his own way.
 
His Parents were furious, at his decision to go adventuring. Desire and he had a fight as she wanted him desperately to stay but he needed to leave to get away from this life and wanted her to join him. Ultimately the two left each other with very broken hearts. His brother was secretly over joyed at this news and his uncle an sisters openly supported his decision.
 
So now 10 years have past and He's on his own searching for treasure, resolved in the fact that he will find all the girls he can, and happy to be far far away from the courts of Waterdeep.

He works for himself though he can always return and go into the family business of being a noble.

He defeated the Ghostly Death night in the woods around Orlbar, he also freed a tribe of goblins from the Zhentrium as well as helped a woman get her wand back, and freed some slaves from some slavers
