Small & athletic build.

Facial Features

Tattoos around chin/mouth awarded to her by the tribal elders recognising her deeds/status. Several small scars.

Identifying Characteristics

Tiny shark like teeth & eyes that are all black. Long elf-like ears ending in what can only be described as fins & small horns that resemble coral.
 
When in her Tiefling Mark form Uira's skin shimmers like scales, she grows gills & webbing between her digits. Her horns grow into coral antlers almost in homage to the way her mark used to manifest.

Apparel & Accessories

Her spell focus is a piece of driftwood with a large chunk of sea glass at the end which has been carved with images from Ma Kolohe & Jokahn mythology. She still wears her symbol/rank of office from her time in the Ma Kolohen village's watch. Her clothes are a bit hodge-podge as she will often just mend tears herself (without the use of Prestidigitation more often than not). She carries varies pouches of components, writing & note taking paraphernalia, water-skins of sea water & treats for her familiar Rakko.

Personal history

After fleeing to the Ma Kalohen villager Uira & her family enjoyed a peaceful life. The villages renamed the little 5yo Tiefling 'Huihana' after a native flower.
 
Huihana's father helped the local medicine woman with his Druidic magic with the help of her younger brother. Her mother worked for various sailing vessels as hired muscle. Even though she had magic liker her father she wanted to be like her mother so joined the local watch & rose relatievly quickly through its ranks.
 
When investigating a string of missing persons for her village she was captured by the very people perpetrating the crimes. Turned out they were a cult abducting those with innate magical ability to barter with Denizens of the Deep for more power of their own. Uira was changed to a rock during a storm. Miraculously she survived & when cut down by the cultists her form had changed. Previously resembling a deer like Tiefling her features had turned into something more aquatic & her magic had changed into something resembling a storm's fury which she rained down on the cultists around her.
 
Three days later she was found by her friends/comrades in the village guard. She was shivering; gibbering in a strange language & half mad from the ingested sea water. After a week of sleep in the village medicine woman's shop it became apparent the true extent of her change. The tribal leaders renamed her Uira no Wahine (roughly meaning Lady of the Storm in Ma Kalohen) & added symbols of the storm to her pre-existing face tattoos.

Mental Trauma

The incident with the cultist left a profound mark on Uira. Turning her from someone who was always a little sassy, but ultimately charming & friendly into someone paranoid & introverted.
