Labyrinth's mom is a Castorhager, possibly not human (alu-demon? tiefling?). Labyrinth is an acolyte of the goddess Papyri (The Archivist; The Quiet One; The Lost Apprentice; The Thoughtful Silence; Goddess of the Written Word). She idolizes a particular hero/heroine of Papyri and carries around a reliquary related to this idol. However, she also seeks to preserve a heretical work of same.
 
The heretical work allowed her to make a pact with The Fiend (I'm thinking possibly a yugoloth or ultroloth, possibly Asmodeus, and still very undecided without more thought).
 
Labyrinth went off looking for Swillow after Swillow disappeared from Ironhill.
