Personal history
Her mother found a lamp and made an absent-minded wish that she was pregnant. The genie answered her wish and Kazuli was born half-genie and half-human. For the first part of her life she lived in poverty in Allihana, but in her youth her mother suddenly received a fortune and she was able to get a business as a jewel crafter. Later in life Kazuli found out that her brother, Kaspar, was sold to an elvish man who was unable to have children.
Her mother focused more on entrepreneurship, but what she never noticed is that her husband ended up controlling the money, and the family, which forced Kazuli to have to choose between living in a brothel or becoming a man's property. As she was going from one man to another she connected with other people and started gambling in the arena to receive her own small fortune so she could finally leave. Someone figured out that she wa manipulating people to win in her favor, and she fled Allihana.
