Seems after finally gaining the opportunity to work under the All-Mother we were sent to Halorus. The trip was less than pleasant but all parties arrived in one piece. We haven't had the chance to get out much, on account of the daytime temperatures exceeding even my own comfort levels, the locals say if we say out there at the day's peak we would surely keel over, which doesn't seem like the best start to our mission. We got to talking up the patrons and staff of the Milk & Cow Inn, where we're residing for now, and in doing so we learned of a few interesting opportunities to follow up on. First, and what bears the most potential, is that there is a college of sorts that seems to teach magic archetypes of which none of us had ever heard. Given the diverse skillset of our group it makes me believe our home is not privy to this magic, so looking into it and its applications is a must. Upon stumbling into a celebration, Asdra, being the lovely force of havoc in my life that she is, dragged me into the thick of the party where we spoke with a young man who informed us of this celebration's purpose: Celebrating Moonrea, or what they say is the Motherland. Honestly, between this Moon Goddess and the cities vibrant nightlife, it only makes sense that vampires are afoot. We're touring the city ourselves tonight and under the guide of the locals soon after, my only hope is more clarity on some of these questions.
