Secured container for Casino Boss!

We launched an operation in to the desert to recover a lost container. Apparently very high value to the job owner. Had to fight off a whole bunch of Scorpions and Snake people... Got to use my M320 though! Managed to kill a spellcaster that brought a sandstorm in the area. Was weird to see a sandstorm instantly stop. Eventually we got inside a cave where Dez managed to tame a Scorpion! Can't help but be a bit jealous. Also got a lot of Gold! if only we had a use for it. We're celebrating tonight though.

Lyriel: New Recruit

A new recruit showed up in a brand new mech! She looks capable but there's only one way to be sure. Going to have a little race and see how she handles it.

Found a trail leading in to some service tunnels, courtesy of Ilyara. Some poor mutant bastard got himself crucified. Looked to be fairly advanced mutation too. Had skin of a laborer and the smell of gunpowder. Possilbe ritualistic scarring on his forearms. We also found a plug link in him. Eliza is looking in to it.

We met an agent of the Outcasts...they want Scarlett back. They outright told us to tell her they want her back. She has two identical sisters... I was reminded of exactly how deadly Scarlett was when I first met her. Damn, I want to see her again. Remind myself that she's human. I suggested we talk with their higher ups, possibly for Scarlett herself. Id even be willing to do some favours if it means she can be turned loose from the Outcasts. I'm glad we didn't end up shooting each other at least.

We arrived in Neo-Birmingham on the trail of the killer of Madame Irranescue. As we walked out, we noticed that more and more people were just plain staring at us, having whispered words. Turns out our reputation is growing. Eliza looked through several sites on the Nexus. Turns out there's buzz about us from when I ran with the Desert Dogs. People seem to be wondering why we're here, some with interest, the rest with caution. Think we might need to look into a PR company...

Bought some slaves!

After finding our way in to the slave market, we acted non-chalant enough to be able to buy some of the lowest quality slaves. All of them together cost less than a shotgun I bought. We brought them back to base, treated them, clothed them, gave them some money and got in touch with Mr Archibald Winfrey, leader of Redditch. The exact right man to help out with rescuing slaves

Found "The Grey Market"

After searching for a way in for a while, we finally got an in at the Grey Market (after buying someones debt), wholesalers of almost anything imaginable. Including people.

New Base

After a little deliberation, we decided to move in to the newly liberated base! We're going to pick a name later but it's nice to know that we don't have to haul our loot very far. Still, we have to gut the old base so its original owners come to find a pile of dirt.

We recovered a lot of equipment from the base we raided. I lost a leg again, but now we have all this in exchange: Orbital Shuttle Working condition, in need of modernization - 550,000 Cr 2x Military AV The Military AV's appear to be in good working order, they are robust machines and were primarily used to carry around members of high importance, they bare the iconography of the E.C.S.C. - 120,750 Cr Each 6x Wrecked military turrets These military turrets are old but can still tear up enemies with the best of modern tech, however their armour is nowhere near as good as modern models. - 15,000 Cr Each 6x Barrels of Coolant Barrels of fusion coolant, used in cooling heavy machinery and vehicles. - 600 Cr Each 2x Functional Military turrets These military turrets are old but can still tear up enemies with the best of modern tech, however their armour is nowhere near as good as modern models. - 45,000 Cr Each 7x Military Component Crates These crates contain components for crafting weapon parts and ammunition, cordite, brass, steel, low grade explosive compounds. - 800 Cr Each 8x Medical Supply components Medical Supply components, used in creating medicines, bandages and self sealing stem bolts. - 1500 Cr Each 2x Military grade Guardian Robots The bots are in perfect condition and shut down. Short of some lubrication they should work as intended. It appears they have been in stasis since just after the binding. - 86,000 Cr Each 2x Medevac Model Nurse Droids It may be best to hand these back. However they are experts at critical care and can carry out the functions of most doctors. - 75,000 Cr Each Mk.42 Fusion Generator Working at 50% capacity due to it's advanced age. This could be taken or set to overload if the coolant supply is removed. - 225,000 Cr Holo-table A holographic table that can be fed most any data that can be displayed in 3D. - 15,000 Cr Workshop items A Collection of spare parts and tools, these strangely seem to be well cared for. - 1700 Cr Dr Nadine Courtier An E.C.S.C scientist and head of projects Chimera and Revival. 13,000,000 Cr or 15,000,000 Corpo-Credits if turned in to the C.N.G or Lost

Desmond joined Broadcastle

We got a FNG today, right with the salvage team. Calls himself "Dez" and he's fucking huge... Built like seven tanks and smells of blood. Seems eager to help, but will keep an eye on him.

Survived a C4 Detonation!

A C4 charge detonated in a room behind Max, scarring him and almost blinding him, but he survived.

We got an OP from the boards. Several low grade employees have been abducted from some corp and we need to go get them back. Perfect. I'm going to take an unhealthy amount of explosives. Helps clear the mind I find. We're going to drop in a desert cany...
