Physical Description
Tall and lanky but has some muscle around his arms and chest.

Along his back shows large claw like scars, though they show a deep purple skin instead of his pale white skin.

His elf ears are longer than most usual Elves in Norcrest.

He wears a chained ear piece on his left ear, it has a star, moon and three small gems above it.

Personal history
After Sebastian fleeing from a different planet, Sebastian landed himself on Norcrest by sheer luck. Teleporting himself into the Enchanted forest and living inside a old barn that had been abandoned. Hiding inside there for hundred years till he discovered the city of Noxmere whilst adventuring.
He decided to leave the forest and move into the city where he could have a more comfortable life. Though after he left, the massacre happened in one of the nearby towns by his barn.
Once he got comfortable in the city, he brought himself a luxury apartment. Spending his time writing books on his travels and times in different locations, Disguising them as novels when really they were books about his life. After he had a stable amount of money in, he began to study and train himself for a new career in the NPA.

Aside his education on Orchilox (his home planet) he is mainly self taught himself into getting into the academy.
