A weird night

Ok, so, it was a weird night right? Like, mom and dad told me to go to this party to go sell things so i did, i sold this one woman a bottle for 15 gold and it was really cool. But then the rich guy, I think his name is Ricardo or something like that, he came out and started talking and we got glasses of alcohol. The guy next to me, Cicero, he was struggling to hold his glass up and he put his down which i think was a good option. Anyway, we drank the drinks after the toast and mine tasted really weird, kinda like poison but…worse. Anyway, then everyone else except the people around me (the humans and this dark elf that seemed to have an issue with the guards at this place, not sure why tho) collapsed.
 
I can’t remember what happened next besides bright lights and clinking sounds, but then we woke up in another room and Ricardo, the old guy, said he was a retired assassin and he needed the ‘strongest people’ in town to go kill one of his students whose killing his other students. Everyone else was like “ok” but i was kinda confused at why i was here but he said that i didn’t die cause of the poison so I must be strong which…kinda makes sense I guess.
 
Everyone then went off and grabbed weapons-i think Cicero and Merlot got in a fight or something cause there was a lot of fire then merlot collapsed to the ground. Stormm gave him a potion and he was fine, but things were tense for a while after that.
 
I got a shield. So that’s cool.
 
Then I went to go grab Honey but honey was in a really bad mood. He kicked me like, 3 times and it hurt. But I gave him food and then he calmed down. After that we went to sleep in our fancy new rooms and ricardo said that there was gonna be ‘training’ the next day, whatever that means.
 
So yeah. It was a really weird day.
