Her nose and ears turn pink at the slightest touch of cold, and turn beat red when she blushes.

She wears off-red gambeson beneath a breastplate. She wields a skinny sword that's built for quick strikes in her left hand, and a small round shield in her right. In battle she can be seen riding her war dog, Dobi, and together they weave through the thick of battle and to the defense of her allies.

Personal history

"Talia was raised in the large Halfling settlement - one could even call it a Halfling city, if there is such a thing - of Longdale. The population of Longdale consists of Halflings from three major Stout Halfling clans and a number of other, smaller clans. She had a great childhood and was raised by her parents alongside her many, many siblings. She made a lifelong friend who would become her fiancee in the years to come.



At a young age, however, she decided she wanted to venture out into the world. Her parents were against it, as it was very uncommon for anyone in her clan to leave Longdale for an extended period of time. However, one day she got her wish when she was presented with the opportunity to squire for the Keepers of Arvoreen - the closest thing Halflings have to a holy order. She wasn't very religiously devout, but she packed her bags and never looked back, much to the dismay of her family and friends. Her graduation into the order proper was a long and toilsome ordeal, as she had very little interest in scripture and duty, and simply craved adventure.



Eventually though she did graduate, and some of Arvoreen's teachings have rubbed off on her. She still has a long way to go on her journey as a Paladin, but she's on the right track."

Education

Talia was educated in reading, writing, arithmetic, and religious scripture during her squire-ship in the halls of the Keepers of Arvoreen.

Intellectual Characteristics

She is conscious of the limits of her knowledge. When choosing a course of action she deliberates her options fairly, even the ones that seem dangerous or that provoke negative emotions - sometimes the scariest option is actually the best one once you get passed the fear.
