Wruácloch is an earth genasi from the Sevenfold Mazework in the Plane of Earth. He acts as an emissary to the realms of the Material Plane for the Great Khan.

Wruácloch comes from the Duthskal dynasty of Earth Genasi. At some point in early human history on Toril, a man made a pact with a Dao to trade his firstborn son to the Dao in exchange for untold riches. The exchange was made upon the son's birth, and he was whisked away to the Elemental Plane of Earth to become the first Earth Genasi of the Duthskal dynasty. Eons later, his descendants retain little connection to their human ancestors as they serve the Great Khan of all Dao, Kabril Ali al-Sara al-Zalazil, in his palace in the Sevenfold Mazework.
 
The Great Khan utilizes his Genasi servants in various ways throughout his expansive realms. Alongside acting as stewards, attendants, and enforcers to various Dao, the Genasi also act as emissaries to various realms of mortals on the Material Plane. Wruácloch is one of these. In recent years, the Efreeti-controlled nation of Calimshan has experienced upheaval as agents of the Great Khan exposed high-ranking political officials within the Calishite government as agents of the Efreeti Sultan sent there to discreetly funnel slaves to the Brass City. As the nation once again fell into civil war, Wruácloch was dispatched to aid a group of Calishite rebels in the Marching Mountains in their quest to overthrow the Pasha. Meanwhile, within the depths of the Sevenfold Mazework, the agents of the Great Khan plot to install a Pasha loyal to the Khan.
