The 'Lady of Spores' favourite disciple. Once residing in the Withered Grove of the Underdark, a small area formed from the deep twisted roots of the Moribund Tree which is both alive and dead. Ellyndra would keep to herself as her mind slowly unravelled to the thoughts of death and decay while being surrounded by mushrooms, spores and moss. Her clothes and possibly even her body are covered in moss and mushrooms, most likely coming from the rites and rituals she would perform that could take years. She would have various dark beasts live with her amongst the network of roots, often testing poisons and observing ailments on them before watching them die.
 
Death is the most crucial part of the cycle of life with rot and decay being the groundwork for all life itself, though of course not all believe this. After her home was sterilised by machines she was pushed from the Underdark, using her connection to the Moribund Tree she made her way to the surface and lived a short while in the forest of Ebonveil Grove. Over time she found herself heading South and ended up in Gate Town after fulfilling various needs for people from nefarious to arcane nature. She now lives in the garden of the Guild but is rarely ever seen and never during the day. To your average commoner she is truly insane and detached from reality, speaking in metaphors or cryptic riddles. Her moods and actions can swing from serene contemplation to sudden bursts of energy and strange ideas.
