Physical Description

Slightly muscular hourglass body much like a female gymnast yet slightly curvier: small and slight, with a narrow body to permit speedy rotation, superb balance and a high strength to weight ratio and an even musculature. She will have grown steadily during her early adolescence.

Facial Features

Eliza's face shape is similar to an inverted triangle, with high cheekbones and slight baby fat due to her age. Her eyes are upturned with thick brown lashes outlining them in a stark contrast and high slightly rounded angular brows. Leading into her nose which is a turn-up nose slightly bordering on button and her lips are downturn-turned giving an almost 'pouting' look.

Identifying Characteristics

Her Demon mark can be found on the back of her left forearm taking up most of the space.
On her right leg, close to the top of the thigh, there is a ragged and nasty looking scar (which is still quite fresh) which seems to have come from some sort of hunters knife.
Eliza is found to always wear a black ribbon choker addorned with a circular amethyst in the center just above the sternum.

Physical quirks

When irritated, Eliza's left eye will twitch often leading her to closing her eyes for a small amount of time in order to get it to stop.
Rather than asking a question Eliza will simply raise a singular brow to get her point across and wait for a 'proper' answer.

Eliza is found to always wear a black ribbon choker addorned with a circular amethyst in the center just above the sternum.
She has a pair of lobe piercings (Meaning one piercing on both left and right ear) which tends to have a black circular earring almost imitating a stretch earring.
On her left ear, she has two helix piercings usually having two small silver hoop earrings.

Mentality

Personal history

Eliza's mother divorced and left her father when she was only 3 years old. This impacted Eliza as her father seemed to regress into himself, becoming more paranoid and over protective to a smothering state. Her father was a police officer at the time but soon became a private investigator. Eliza was forcing into many extra-cirriculars by her father such as karate, jiu jitsu and gymnastics meaning she did not have much time to play or hang around many children her age. In fact, by the time she was 7- Eliza decided that having friends took up too much time and pushed everyone away. Apart from Hannah. Hannah was her grandmothers demon and had been 'promised' to Eliza for when she turned 15, they had become exceedingly close with a sister-like bond.

Education

Eliza has always been at the top of all her classes both academical and not so much creative. This is partially due to her father demanding excellence in all that she did and partially due to her enjoying to learn. Eliza even started to add her own 'classes' looking deeper into subjects not available to her such as politics and psychology.
It is no surprise that Eliza is a black belt in all her martial arts classes and a level 9 within her gymnastics - deciding to drop them all a year before she came to high school, still returning to the studios to keep up practice.
What is surprising is that Eliza holds a level 8 in Piano, finding that she likes the creative freedom of the outlet despite being more academical in nature.

Employment

Eliza hopes to become a police officer much like her father was or even go into politics.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Failures & Embarrassments

Eliza's father had placed her into ballet lessons, however, she did not take to it- often spending the hour reading in the changing room waiting for her father to pick her up. Needless to say this only lasted a few months and was classed as a 'failure' in her fathers books.
At the age of 11, Eliza punched a boy in her year due to him 'pissing her off'. She dislocated his jaw and got a weeks suspension along with the task to write an apology letter - yet Eliza is stubborn and used many compliated offensive words that she knew the boy would not pick up on. Unfortunately his parents picked up on a few and Eliza was further scolded for 'indecent behaviour'.

Mental Trauma

Due to her mother leaving and her father emotionally pulling away at such a cruicial stage of development, Eliza finds it hard to understand emotions and be empathetic towards others - often resorting to science or psychology to explain it. Due to this social ineptitude Eliza can often come across as apthetic and unbothered but this is not the case.
Another effect of this is that often when Eliza is feeling overwhelming emotions she can either dissasociate or temporarily 'shut down' in order to process. This happens less and less over the period of the books.
Eliza also has minor traces of ptsd due to a certain event happening while she is held in a hostage situation.

Intellectual Characteristics

Eliza is a logical being, believing that wisdom can help build upon anything. And so she usually thinks with her head rather than her heart and can find it strange when others make desicions based on their emotions rather than the logical choice.

Morality & Philosophy

Eliza's morality is quite skewed, due to her difficulty understand all emotions and coming from a family in which investigated muders, man slaughters and more. Eliza is quite desensitised to the concept of killing others. But this does not mean she goes around killing or hurting other, it is simply a defense technique.

Eliza is very perceptive and so is good at finding things people do not usually pick upon in anything from behaviour to environment.
She is also good at taking in information, most likely due to her partial photographic memory.
Surprisingly Eliza is very good at drawing landscapes with charcoal.
On the other hand, Eliza has trouble picking up on emotional ques often coming across as apathetic towards others when this is not the case. She can also be quite blunt or stubborn to the point it hurts a person rather than helps them.
Eliza is achedemically gifted, however, when it comes to most creative outlets - she struggles a significant amount more.
